For heavy medical equipment (e.g., motorized fowler beds, ventilators, or heavy trolleys), the receiving facility is responsible for ensuring clear entry routes, functioning service elevators, and adequate loading bays on the scheduled delivery date.

Upon arrival, the client’s authorized procurement officer or receiving staff must inspect the shipment with our logistics personnel to verify item counts and packaging integrity. Delivery is considered complete once the authorized representative signs the Delivery Receipt (DR) and invoice, at which point the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. Any visible damage, shortages, or missing accessories must be noted on the DR before signing; an unsigned or unmarked receipt is treated as proof that the delivery was complete and undamaged.
